I waited a little while to read Leo’s point of view so that I could experience this story all over again. It seemed to the same to me. I did not feel like there was much more added to Leo’s side of the story. It just picked up right where Leo started. The flashbacks helped fill in some of the holes. I just had a hard time buying into the story of someone’s face changing so much and knowing you loved them so much that you would not just recognize them. If the love was as true and deep as the author wants you to believe then would the eyes have not been enough for her to recognize?
